Subscribe & Save is our optional plan: the same bundle, sent again when your last bottle would run out, at 20% off. These are its terms in full, in plain English.

How it works
When you choose a bundle of Turmeric Curcumin or Magnesium Glycinate, you can tick “Subscribe & Save”. The box always starts unticked, so a plan begins only if you choose one. Next to the box, and again above the pay button at checkout, we show what you pay today, what each renewal costs with shipping, how often it renews, and that it continues until you cancel. Placing your order with a plan in your cart is your agreement to those terms.
Your first order ships as normal. After that, we charge your saved payment method automatically and send the same bundle again when your last bottle would run out: every 30 days for 1 bottle, every 90 days for 3 bottles, and every 150 days for 5 bottles. This continues until you cancel.
Plans are for the Turmeric Curcumin and Magnesium Glycinate bundles. You can also buy our turmeric packs of 6 and 12 bottles and the Weekly Pill Organizer, but only as one-time purchases.
What you pay and when
A plan takes 20% off the bundle price, on your first order and on every renewal. The prices are the same for Turmeric Curcumin and Magnesium Glycinate.

You pay the plan price, plus $4.99 shipping, at checkout. Your first renewal is charged when that order would run out, for example 90 days after you order a plan of 3 bottles, and then every 90 days after that. Each renewal is charged the plan price plus $4.99 shipping, as in the table above. There is no joining fee and no minimum number of renewals.
If you have more than one plan, each one renews on its own schedule, as its own order with its own shipping. Discount codes, including our welcome code WELCOME10, can’t be used on plans: a plan’s 20% saving takes their place.
How you are charged
At checkout, our payment processor Stripe securely saves your payment method so each renewal can be charged automatically. We never see or store your full card number. Each renewal is a new order, with its own order number and tracking.
Skip, pause or cancel
You are in control, and every change is online:
- Skip moves your next renewal back by one cycle, for example by 90 days on a plan of 3 bottles.
- Pause stops renewals until you resume. Nothing is charged or shipped while you are paused.
- Cancel ends your plan. No further charges and no fees.
Do it any time: sign in to your account with the email you ordered with and any order number from it. No password is needed. Open your plan and choose skip, pause or cancel. Cancelling takes two clicks, and there is no need to call or email us. You can also start from our cancellation page, or email [email protected] and we will do it for you.
When you resume a paused plan, your account shows the date of your next renewal. If the old date passed while you were paused, the new date is the next day.
When changes take effect
Changes take effect the moment you make them and apply to every renewal that hasn’t been charged yet. To stop a renewal, skip, pause or cancel before it is charged.
A renewal that has already been charged ships as normal, and it is covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee from the day it is delivered. So even a renewal you forgot about can be refunded. If it hasn’t shipped yet, email us and we will cancel it and refund it in full, shipping included.
Changing your plan or address
Each plan renews one supplement in one bundle size. To switch to the other supplement or a different bundle, start a new plan with the one you want and cancel the old one, or email us and we will help. Moving? Email us your new address before your next renewal ships, and we will update it.
If a payment doesn’t go through
If a renewal payment fails, we try again the next day, up to 3 attempts in total. If the last attempt fails too, we put your plan on hold and charge nothing more. Your account will show a payment issue: email us to update your card, or cancel online.
Refunds on plan orders
Every plan order is covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee: your first order for 60 days from its delivery, and each renewal for 60 days from its own delivery. The full terms are in our Refund Policy.
If our prices or terms change
Your plan price only changes with notice. If we ever need to change the price or these terms for plans that have already started, we will email you before the change applies, and you can cancel before it does.
